About The Browning
A 2011 album rebuilt loud.
Deathcore and electronic dance music should not go together. The Browning made a career out of proving otherwise. Jonny McBee started the project in 2005, and the 2011 album Burn This World put the sound on the map, blast beats and breakdowns riding on top of club production.
Fifteen years later they tore it apart and built it again. Burn This World [EVOLVED] is a full re-recording of that debut, every detail redone with modern production while keeping the original savagery. The first American leg ran in February and March of 2026. This date is part of a second run, which is a good sign for how the first one went.
They play The Vanguard on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 7 pm, with doors at 6. Bring earplugs and mean it. The Vanguard is a small downtown club and this band plays at a volume built for much larger rooms, which is exactly why seeing them in one this size is the whole appeal.
