Highly Suspect are one of the most distinctive rock bands of the last decade. Out of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, they broke through with the gritty Lydia and then the massive My Name Is Human, which topped the rock chart and earned them Grammy nominations.
Their sound mixes blues, grunge, and hip hop attitude with a dark, restless edge, and they have kept evolving across each album, including a new one in 2025. They are a band that does things their own way.
Live, Highly Suspect are loud and moody and magnetic. Headlining the Tulsa Theater, a beautiful old hall, with Dead Poet Society opening, is a great setting for them.
