About Brigitte Calls Me Baby
Chicago croon, sold out room.
Wes Leavins sings like he walked out of a 1960s ballroom, and that voice is the reason Brigitte Calls Me Baby moved fast. The Chicago band formed in 2021, signed with ATO Records after South by Southwest in 2023, and has already opened for The Strokes in London and for Morrissey across the UK and Europe.
Irreversible, their second album, came out in March 2026, and this run is the Irreversible Tour. The record keeps the big romantic hooks and roughs them up a little, which should carry well in a club.
They play The Vanguard on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 8 pm, and the venue lists the show as sold out. A room that size is the last place you will see this band this close for a while, so if you have a ticket, get there early.
